I have often times gotten frustrated with my wife for "holding me up" while on a hike, or a run. This has never gotten me anywhere and certaintly not made her feel any better, or special. On our hike today I will make every effort to encourage and engage with her instead of at her. Thanks for the post - all the others - and keep it up. I enjoy reading them! Charlie, I love this post.
