they say i am
What do you think people should know about me?
I would like to reserve this area for family and friends. Please take time to write a blurb or a comment on the kind of Christian, husband, father, or friend you think I am. I would like your words to act as a testimony of my intentions. I want to validate my views for my readers.
Honesty is the best policy. Don’t worry, I’m a big boy…

What kind of friend is Charles? Let’s see. We could talk about all kinds of things. Do I have enough space? Over the past 24 (yes 24) I have seen Charles in almost every situation a person could go through. I have seen the first car, the first ticket, the first wreck, and the first suspended license. I have seen Charles get into trouble and talk his way out with his wit. I have seen him go through jobs almost weekly (and young ladies). I have seen him play football, baseball, basketball, bowling and golf (tell your dad that if he still wants the Tommy’s I’ll give them to him at a good price) all well. I have seen him graduate high school :), college, driving school. I have seen him suspended from high school, college, and driving school. I was there when Charles met a girl, fell in love, and got married. Life changing!!. I was there when his now young man was born. (Who forgets a 4:30am phone call). I have lived at his house, he has lived at mine, we have shared an apartment. WOW. After all this time I have yet to meet a more caring, sympathetic, motivated, funny, tough, driven, devoted, loyal, larger than life family man, Fan’s man, show man, human than Charles. Just don’t wait by the phone for that return call or for that Night Ranger CD to be returned.

From the day we met, I knew it was meant to be. Everything inside me said “He’s THE ONE”. Cut to 18 years later and I’m more in love now than ever. God knew exactly what he was doing when he put us together. The one thing I remember most about our first date is that my cheeks hurt from laughing so much. You’re one of the funniest people I know and you still make me laugh to this day! Because of you, I can see the funny side of “spilled milk” situations.
Your an incredible father to our children with a perfect blend of LOVE, HUMOR, and DISCIPLINE.
That’s who I say you are :)

When I found out Charlie was in my womb, miracles began to happen in my life. Everyday I think about him, I know God gave him to me to share with the rest of the world. The day he was born was the day his Dad and I were born as well. The greatest day of the rest of our lives along with the birth of his brother Paul tells our story. Charlie has so many gifts and talents to share with the world. God is so generous. I know you say, well thats her son that is why she feels that way, but not so. Just ask anyone who comes in his path and you will easily find out the wonderful man he is. I could not be prouder! He was given to me at the beginning and I let him go when he went off to college. He flew on Eagles Wings, learned from his own experiences and developed into the man God molded him to be. I am proud of the husband and father and brother and son he is today. Sometimes I wonder how, but then I just marvel at the hand of God in our lives. To him be the glory!!!

All I can say about Charlie is that the moment I met him, we clicked. We have a ton of the same interest(MOVIES, sports, music, humor, food, you name it). I don’t really have a lot of the same close friends that I used to, but in the short time that I’ve known Charlie, I consider him one of the best friends I’ve ever known. I feel like he would do anything in his power to help me no matter what the situation. I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to have ever known.

Charlie is a very funny, kind and encouraging e-friend. How someone can make me laugh and cry in the same breath is beyond me. God’s blessed Charlie with a double-dose of wit.
